1. Introductory Provisions
1.1. These Terms and Conditions apply to the purchase of goods in the online store shop.bubba-racing.com, operated by

1.2. The Terms and Conditions regulate the mutual rights and obligations between the Seller and the Buyer (consumer or entrepreneur).
2. Order and Conclusion of Contract
2.1. The Buyer places an order through the online store.
2.2. The purchase contract is concluded upon confirmation of the order by the Seller.
2.3. The Seller reserves the right to refuse an order in case of out-of-stock goods or a technical system error.
3. Price and Payment Terms
3.1. All prices are stated inclusive of VAT, unless otherwise indicated.
3.2. The Buyer may pay the purchase price (including shipping costs) by the following methods:
- Cash on delivery – payment in cash or by payment card (if permitted by the carrier) upon receipt of the shipment,
- Online payment card – via a secure payment gateway (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro),
- Bank transfer in advance – payment to the Seller’s account before dispatch of the goods,
- PayPal – payment via a PayPal account,
- Other methods, if offered during checkout (e.g. Apple Pay, Google Pay).
3.3. Payment is due:
- In advance (card, bank transfer, PayPal) – the order will be processed only after the amount has been credited to the Seller’s account,
- Upon delivery (cash on delivery) – at the moment the shipment is received.
3.4. A payment is considered completed only when the funds have actually been credited to the Seller’s account. In case of unsuccessful payment, the Seller reserves the right to cancel the order or request the Buyer to remedy the situation.
3.5. Refunds: In the event of withdrawal from the contract or a complaint, the payment will be refunded using the same method as originally used, unless otherwise agreed. The Seller does not charge the Buyer any additional fees for the chosen payment method, unless explicitly stated.
3.6. Security: Payment data are processed exclusively via the secure payment gateway GoPay, which complies with international security standards (e.g. PCI DSS). The Seller does not have access to the Buyer’s complete payment card details.
4. Delivery Terms
4.1. Goods are dispatched within 2 business days of order confirmation.
4.2. Delivery is carried out via Zásilkovna:
- To a pick-up point: The shipment is delivered to a Zásilkovna branch, where the recipient can collect it during opening hours.
- To a Z-BOX: Self-service lockers with 24/7 pick-up and drop-off availability.
- To an address: The shipment is delivered by courier directly to the address provided by the customer.
4.3. Shipping costs are stated in the order and must be paid by the Buyer together with the purchase price.
5. Withdrawal from the Contract
5.1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.
5.2. For withdrawal, the Buyer may use the sample form available on the online store’s website.
5.3. Returned goods must be undamaged, in their original packaging, and sent back to the Seller’s address.
5.4. The costs of returning goods are borne by the Buyer.
6. Complaints and Warranty
6.1. The Seller is liable for defects of the goods in accordance with the Civil Code.
6.2. The warranty period is 24 months, unless otherwise stated.
6.3. Complaints can be submitted in writing by email to: shop@bubba-racing.com.
7. Personal Data Protection
7.1. The Seller processes the Buyer’s personal data for the purpose of fulfilling the contract and maintaining a customer account, in accordance with GDPR.
7.2. Details are provided in a separate Privacy Policy.
8. Final Provisions
8.1. These Terms and Conditions are valid and effective from October 9, 2025.
8.2. The Seller reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions.
